Lip and Tape Bags

Lip and Tape bags are a side seal bag with tape across the lip of bag – both permanent and resealable tape. These can be packed loose, on a wicket, or as a staple pack. Width 3” – 48”, length 3”- 48”.
Wicketed Bags
Wicketed bags are a side seal bags that are packed on a wire wicket. These are suitable for high speed equipment or a great option for efficient packaging at individual workstations. We offer hand wicketing for those customers that require larger bags to be packed on wickets.
Staple Pack Bags
Staple Pack bags are a side seal bag that is stapled to a chipboard header. They are perforated at the opening of the bag for easy tear away from header. Perfect for individual workstations!
Flat/Loose Bags
A flat bag is a side seal bag that is packed loose. Width from 3” – 48”, length from 3” – 48”. Great for plastic parts, hardware, food products.
Back flip bags
A Back Flip bag offers a convenient flip over top that allows for quick and easy closing without the need for adhesives or heat sealers. Size of Back Flip or Front Flip will depend on bag size. In general, smaller bags have a 2-3" flip and larger ones 3-4". Any size is possible. The words "Back Flip" & "Front Flip" are often used interchangeably. Depending on the bag design, the flip will either lie on the front or back of the bag.
Side Gusseted Bags
Side Gusseted Poly Bags are bottom sealed bags with gusseted (expandable) sides. Side gusseted bags are great for hand packing bulky or irregular shaped products.
Perforated Bags on Rolls
Perforated bags on rolls are individual bags on a roll and perforated to length for easy tear off.
Perforated Sheets on Rolls
Perforated Sheets on Rolls are individual 1 layer sheets of poly film on a roll and perforated to length for easy tear off.
Bottom Gusseted Bags
Bottom gusseted bags are a side seal bag with an expandable bottom. Can be ordered packed loose, on a wicket, or as a staple pack. Gusseted bags are great for hand packing bulky or irregular shaped products.
Centerfold Sheeting (CF)
Centerfold polyethylene sheeting or "film" (CF) is produced by extruding a consistent diameter tube and slitting one edge of the film open. Sizes range from 3”" (opens to 6" wide) up to 48" (opens to 96" wide).
Double Wound Sheeting (DWS)
(DWS) is sheeting wound up 2 layers thick on a roll.
Tubing
Tubing is a perfect solution when you need special sized bags for odd-shaped or extra-large products. Just cut the length you need, insert product and seal the ends for a custom fit every time. We manufacture tubing as small as 2" in diameter.
